Payment and Shipping

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, Wechat pay, Apple pay, Paypal with 0% handling fee!

Delivery time

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holiday.

Shipping fee

We offer free shipping on all orders to Hong Kong, Mainland China & Macau. Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and it takes up to 3-5 days to your door! 

For International order, a HKD300 delivery fee will be applied. We ship all our International orders with express service companies (DHL/UPS) and you will receive your order within 5-8 days of its ship date.*International regions include Canada, Australia, Germany, France, United Kingdom, American, Spain & New Zealand etc.

For Taiwan orders, we will ship it with SF express with HKD80 delivery fee charged.
